Worker Profiling and Reemployment Services

Purpose:

Assist selected UI Claimants likely to exhaust their UI benefits before becoming reemployed for more extensive reemployment services.

Services Provided:

Orientation with Career Center Staff and development of an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) that may include one or more of these services:

• Self Directed Job Search
• Job Development and Placement Work
• Job Club
• Job Seeking Skills Training
• Vocational Guidance/LMI
• Vocational Testing
• Workforce Linkage
• Career Exploration
• Job Market and Networking
• Application and Resumes
• Interviewing Skills
• Career Advancement and Enhancement

Who Can Participate:

Participants receive a letter from the Division of Employment Security with their four week reporting letter telling them they have been selected for worker profile services.

Claimants are chosen based on the likelihood they will exhaust their benefits before becoming reemployed.
