Ex Governor Holden requested that the Missouri Training and Employment Council develop a report on the State of Missouri's Workforce. The Council is working closely with the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce and the National Governors Association's Workforce Policy Academy to assess the current status of Missouri's workforce, develop a system performance scorecard and draft recommendations for improving Missouri's workforce investment system.
