To assist workers who have lost their jobs due to foreign competition.

Services Provided:

• Vocational Counseling;
• Skills Assessment;
• Vocational or Occupational Training;
• On-the-Job Training;
• Remedial Education;
• Job Placement;
• Relocation Assistance; and
• Trade Readjustment Allowance benefits.

Who can Participate:
Specific workers certified by the U.S. Department of Labor who have lost their jobs due to foreign competition.
