Exhibitor Information

Space is limited, so register NOW for an exhibit area to showcase your program, products and services to national policymakers. Exhibit space will be provided in the Cyber Cafe area along with the resource computers and break area.

Cost of Exhibit Space:      $750

Includes:
  • One 8' x 10' booth space

  • One 6' skirted table

  • Two chairs, wastebasket

  • One complimentary conference registration*

  • Company name, logo and description will be published in conference program
*Registration includes entrance for one to exhibit hall, workshop sessions, meals, reception and gala. Additional registrations will be assessed at $350 each.

Setup Time
12 noon to 4:00 p.m.

Dismantle Time
3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
September 25, 2002

Specialty Items
Exhibitors are encouraged to provide specialty items for distribution at the conference.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made in writing and received no later than August 20, 2002. There is a $50 cancellation fee.
