| The Kansas City Marriott Downtown is located at 200 W. 12th Street in Kansas City, Missouri, about 21 miles from the Kansas City International (KCI) Airport. Directions to the Marriott Downtown: Take I-29 South to North Kansas City-Broadway exit/169 South. Continue south across Broadway Bridge to 12th Street. Turn left on 12th Street. The hotel is located on 12th Street between Central and Wyandotte Streets. |

The KCI Shuttle has numerous departures between KCI and the Marriott Downtown. KCI Shuttle ticket counters are located near the Baggage Claim areas in each terminal. You may dial 5000 from a white courtesy phone at the airport or (816) 243-5000 to obtain a schedule with exact departure times and rates. You may call toll-free from outside Missouri by dialing (800) 243-6383. As of February 2002, KCI Shuttle rates to the Marriott Downtown were $13 one-way and $21 roundtrip. |

At KCI Airport, telephones to call taxis can be found throughout each terminal building. Taxis are held in a "wait area" just outside each terminal and will be dispatched as phone calls are received. Taxis are on a meter basis only and it is estimated that a trip from KCI to the Marriott Downtown would cost approximately $38. |
